Privacy Policy
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us and limited technical information needed to run the site.
- Form submissions: your first name, last name and email address when you request a guide, subscribe, contact us, email yourself assessment results or unlock biological age calculator or wellness quiz results. We do not ask for phone numbers.
- Assessment results (optional): if you choose to email yourself your wellness assessment results, we receive your overall score, domain scores, focus areas and selected goal.
- Biological age calculator and wellness quiz (optional): when you unlock your results, we receive your name, email and your results — for the calculator, your chronological age, estimated biological age, wellness, recovery and longevity scores and top focus areas; for the quiz, your wellness type and type scores. Your individual answers (including height and weight) stay in your browser.
- Contact messages: the topic and message you send through our contact form.
- Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) processed by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
- Browser storage: we store small flags in your browser (for example, to avoid showing the exit pop-up again after you subscribe). These never leave your device.
How we use information
- To deliver the resources, briefings and results you request.
- To respond to your messages and requests.
- To improve our content and understand which resources are most useful.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site — such as our hosting and form-processing provider (Netlify) and our email delivery provider — under obligations to protect it, or when required by law.
Affiliate links and third-party sites
When you click an affiliate link to 10X Health or another third-party site, that site's own privacy policy applies. Our partner may use cookies or similar technologies to attribute your visit to Live10X. We don't control third-party practices.
The wellness assessment, calculator and quiz
Your assessment answers are scored in your browser. They are only sent to us if you choose to submit the optional form to email yourself your results. The assessment is educational and is not a medical evaluation.
The biological age calculator and wellness type quiz also score your answers in your browser. Only the summary results listed above are sent, and only when you submit the unlock form. These tools are educational estimates, not medical tests.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message. Depending on where you live — including California under the CCPA/CPRA — you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do not sell personal information). To make a request, use our contact form and choose “Privacy request.”
Children
Live10X is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
We use reputable service providers and HTTPS encryption to protect information in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
